We currently ship across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
- Remote Locations: 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
- Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotional campaigns.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable) to monitor your shipment’s progress.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make reasonable delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or other reasons beyond our control, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. SREE SHAKTHI NATURALS is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
8. Damaged or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting photographs (if applicable). We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
